How quickly can I get started?
Sign up is instant. Upload your first contract and get results in under 60 seconds. No onboarding call required — but we're happy to walk you through the platform if you'd like.
Do you offer enterprise pricing?
Yes. For teams of 10+ or organizations with custom security requirements, we offer tailored Enterprise plans with volume discounts, dedicated support, SSO, and custom playbook development. Contact sales@Clause Labs.ai for a quote.
Can I request a live demo?
Absolutely. Select 'Request a Demo' in the contact form or email sales@Clause Labs.ai. We offer 15-minute focused demos and can use your own contract (under NDA) to show real results.
What are your support hours?
Email support is available Monday–Friday, 8 AM – 8 PM EST. Enterprise customers get priority support with extended hours and dedicated Slack channels.
Is my data safe when I contact you?
Yes. All communications are encrypted. We never share contact information with third parties. If you share contract samples for demo purposes, they are processed under our zero-retention policy and deleted immediately.
Do you have a public API?
Yes. Our REST API is available on Professional and Enterprise plans. Visit our API documentation for endpoints, authentication, and rate limits. Enterprise plans include dedicated API support.
